Premier scales, more specifically Sherrie Curl, Stephen Peck, Aaron Mason, Alex, Dakota, Andrew , James, and all of the other techs I am forgetting have been nothing but fantastic. The speed, professionalism, and integrity of their collective work is unmatched. We look forward to many more years of service with them!!!
Jessica Lawson in the Service Department did a great job. She was able to provide the help we need very fast and was very professional. It is a good feeling to know we can call and have her there to help. Also Nick the Technician was professional and explained all that was needed to get the job done.
They are top notch in the sense of urgency, professionalism and going above and beyond on every service call that we have requested. I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with three different technicians and all three have been outstanding. Jamie Barnett & Steven Peck’s knowledge and know-how are top notch. Jamie knows a lot of the technical side and can assist as needed in some cases. Steven can almost make anything work with some time.
These two gentlemen are almost irreplaceable.
