Custom Solution Designed to Meet Our Customer’s Needs

If our customers have a problem, we find a solution. This logistics customer needed to remove years of debris from under hundreds of in-ground scales. Since forklifts aren’t an option, our team designed a special gantry designed to quickly and easily remove the scales with limited interruptions to their process. Once cleaned and replaced, our team had to check the scale’s calibration. While roller floors are great for moving shipping containers, they are not ideal for a fully loaded weight cart. To address this concern, our team designed another specialized tool, weight sleds. These sleds utilize the floor rollers to easily move hundreds of pounds of weight onto the scale.
