Starting January 2023, our lab is going paperless. This means we will no longer provide hard-copy calibration certificates. Don’t worry, your certificates will still be available at customer.premierscales.com. To retrieve your calibration documents, visit the portal and follow the download instructions below.
DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO THE CUSTOMER PORTAL?
We offer Customer Portal access free to all of our calibration customers. If you do not have a login, contact our service department at Service@premierscales.com to obtain a username and password.
Downloading your certificates from the customer portal.
1. Log in to your customer portal account at customer.premierscales.com.
2. Select the Equipment associated with the certificates you want to download.
3. Check the box next to each certificate you want to save.
4. Click the download button.
