Operations
CalVault – As a System Scale client, you’ll have exclusive access to CalVault, System Scale’s proprietary management system. CalVault can help you keep track of billing, purchases, work orders, and more.
The Premier Scales & Systems Certificate Portal will remain active. You can still access all of your past test certificates using your current Premier Scales & Systems Calibration Certificates Login.
When a new work order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by an activation email containing your System Scale Calvault username and a link to set your password and log in to your CalVault portal. Once you have set up your CalVault account, you can access any new test certificates there.
Billing
Please continue to submit your invoices as usual. If System Scale requires further billing action from you, a representative will reach out promptly.
