Premier Scales & Systems is home to one of the top accredited mass laboratories in the United States. From high-precision lab weights to massive industrial check weights, our comprehensive calibration scope means we have the ability and experience to serve a wide range of customers and departments. Our team regularly provides mass calibration services for government agencies, industrial facilitates, pharmaceutical labs, and even some of our competitors. Beyond accredited calibrations, we also can perform onsite verification at your facility. All calibrations are tailored to match customer specific standards or ISO/IEC 17025 compliant upon request.
Premier Scales & Systems provides mass calibration services for the following equipment:
• 1/32 0z to 6000 lbs (Avoirdupois Test weights)
• 1mg – 200 kg (Metric Test weights)
• Class I through Class F test weights
• Customer Supplied Masses (5,000 to 150,000lbs)

Start a Mass Calibration Partnership
We take the guesswork out of mass calibration scheduling and budgeting by offering Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) for our customer’s test weights. For each PMA, our staff will work directly with your team to create a custom calibration service plan designed to identify minor problems before they become major issues and to preserve your facility’s quality process. Whether it’s a weekly 10-point check or biannual equipment calibration, we meticulously create each PMA to fit your company’s specific goals and budget.
