The COVID-19 situation is and will continue to affect each of us for an undetermined amount of time. Preventing the spread of the virus is at the forefront of all of our minds. We want to ensure all customers and vendors that Premier Scales & Systems is taking extensive precautions to ensure the safety and health of our team and your employees.
There is no doubt, business and commerce will continue to be influenced by this situation. Since we are primarily a service organization, we want to ensure customers that we are doing everything possible to guarantee the highest level of safety and hygiene without impacting the level of service you have come to expect from our team. You can be sure that we are following all CDC guidelines as well as the mandates set forth by Federal, State, and Local Governments for preventing the spread of COVID-19. Most importantly, we are LISTENING to our Federal, State, and local government officials as well as our employees, vendors, and customers to ensure that we are following all recommended protocols. We will continue to monitor developments and implement the updated guidelines as they are set.
We would also like to remind you that our Calibration Lab is available if you need to have any devices calibrated or serviced without a visit to your facility. In some cases, this is a good time to send in measurement devices for calibration or service. We may also be able to help by offering pickup & delivery at a free or reduced charge. You can also schedule a time to drop off your devices at our facility.
