Did you know that many factory-calibrated torque wrenches do not meet the rigorous standards required by most quality procedures?  Many manufacturers do provide what’s called a “Certificate of Accuracy.” What this means is that your equipment passed an internal verification test compared to their standard, but was not calibrated by an accredited or traceable source. If you do request calibration from a manufacturer, that service is often outsourced to a third party who adds additional cost and time to your purchase. In some cases, the cost of additional factory-calibration can be just as much as the equipment itself.  This is never the case at Premier Scales & Systems.
