When we say scales, many think of a traditional floor scale, but they’re not the only weighing method. With a few modifications, virtually any piece of equipment can be turned into a scale. For example, crane scales save time, money, and valuable floor space by turning the crane’s hook into a scale. Pictured is a 74,000lbs load test being performed on just such a piece of equipment.
