Accessing Your Calibration Certificates Online
After our scale technicians have completed the required maintenance on your scales, a calibration certificate is generated through our scale technician program. As the calibration is being performed, our scale technicians enter the necessary information into the program to produce the certificate. In most cases, by the end of each day, the scale technician will upload their information to our database and the information will be synced to our online program and ready for you to view within a couple of days.
Once you have created an online account with us, you will be able to log onto the online certificate retrieval program by going to our website and clicking on “Calibration Certificates Login.” Once you have logged into your account, you will have access to all of your current and past calibration certificates, making it easier for you to ensure your files are current and ready for events, such as an audit. Keep in mind, our certificates are not simply handwritten and scanned into the system. As the scale technician(s) enter the information in the program, your scale’s calibration information is organized into a computer-generated document, making it easier to read and understand the information provided on each certificate.
